If you have Azure App Service on your site, then by default your site is hosted on Microsoft servers in the data centers of your chosen region and you don’t need separate hosting, otherwise there would be no point in Azure.
The site comes with a default URL like <app_name>.azurewebsites.net. Of course, this is not very beautiful, so you can connect any domain name that you own and enable forwarding by changing your domain settings at the registrar (change the CNAME record).
