Which authorized Apple service centers issue a replacement laptop for the duration of the repair?

Like many MBP Retina owners, I ran into Staingate. Apple has recently acknowledged the issue and is replacing the displays for free.
As far as I know, the SC should issue a replacement device for the duration of the repair according to our legislation. But having called several SCs, I did not find anyone who agrees with this.
There is no desire to waste time and demand that they fulfill this item at all, so the question is - does anyone know the SC, which, without unnecessary hemorrhoids, issue a device for the duration of the repair?
