Which audio/video chat widget do you recommend?

You need an audio-video chat with the ability to embed it on the pages of your site.
It can be a chat service widget or server software. It would be ideal if there is a developed API, the possibility of localization, scaling from a chat for two to the level of a webinar with additional whiteboard-type services. If users are not required to install additional software or plugins for browsers, this is absolutely fine. And, of course, the unbelievable price or free/open source status. :) Is the combination of at least a few of these wishes really possible?
