Which assembly to choose?

Hello, I would like to see your opinion about assemblies for the front end that I can afford. 1) i5-8400 16gb drr4 ram 2) i3-9100 32gb drr4 ram 3) i5-3570s 16gb ddr3 ram. In the last version, I just buy 16 GB of RAM, I have a percentage, what do you think? Or maybe some other assemblies to work on recommend? Budget 30k

Well, the first option is the most adequate, because 32GB with i3 does not make much sense

Adding memory is easier than replacing a processor. Take the first assembly, but with a motherboard with 4 slots for RAM.
