Which Arduino kit should I choose?

Hello, dear Khabarovsk residents. I recently got excited about trying Arduino, but alas, I don’t know where to start. The first question arose "What exactly to choose?" I don't really want to take the original Arduino because of the price, I'd rather take an Arduino compatible board. Googling, I found a very large number of different boards, but I don’t know which one to choose. Searched here because there is a delivery across Novosibirsk. I did not notice any difference in these boards, except for the size. So I really don't know what to take. I would like the board to have the ability to connect many displays, sensors. I would like to remotely control the Arduino. As far as I understand, you just need a board like thisand the displays themselves. In the description of the board, I was attracted by the fact that it is written that it inherits all Arduino functions. It is important? Also attracted

A feature of this microcontroller is the connectors on the board for connecting sensors and servos without using shields.
As far as I understand, usually all sorts of displays are attached to the shield, but here they are not needed. So there will be less space for connecting displays? Generally speaking, I am somewhat confused. Can you explain exactly what you need to get started?

1k rubles for uno is still expensive, order on aliexpress.com
Do you need a lot of displays? Try the arduino mega 2560, it has a huge amount of I/O. It will not work to collect more than 1 display in a sandwich, try it on a breadboard.
