Which arduino is suitable for video streaming?

Good afternoon!
As I understand it, there is no difference between arduino as such. In general, they are not particularly strong iron. I have a task: how to implement bluetooth video streaming on a PC / Smartphone. Where can I get a suitable single board computer?
Dimensions are critical. Need an analogue of highscreen blackbox connect. how did they implement it in such a small package?

By bluetooth streaming video will be transmitted to put it mildly with difficulty (streaming sound and he stutters).
As for the controller, you can try to shove it into the Arduino DUE , but it will be very time consuming and programming effort.
Total: either a ready-made IP camera with Wi-Fi, or almost any android phone with an application , or a single-board from the review

. How, how... There are also completely dead atmelegados, there are also 32-bit ARMs... And all this is an arduino!
Streaming video via bluetooth is something, of course. What will be the bitrate? Or do you need 1 frame per second as 640x480?
I advise you to buy a cubetruck and try with it. A more or less powerful dual-core system can handle video for sure!

Use Arduino Due or Raspberry PI. There should be enough power.

Yun will go too, checked. Moreover, its arduino-specific part will not be involved at all, only Linux-Atheros :).
In general, look towards the most compact ARM/MIPS boards that allow you to connect a camera. WRT-Node some?
