Whether it is possible to control interfaces which ad listens to?

Imagine that there are two interfaces on the PC and ad ds + dns is deployed, one looks into the network and has the address 192.168.0.1, gateway 192.168.0.254, dns 192.168.0.1. The second one is on the Internet and has the address 192.205.0.2, gateway 192.205.0.1 and dns 8.8.8.8. So I need the external interface to be on its own and ad and local dns don’t even think about it, and the internal one works as it should.
This is real? With dns, everything is clear, but however, when the external dns interface is not 192.168.0.1, replication does not go.
