Whether it is adequate to transfer basis so?

Decided to switch from mysql 5.7 to 5.7 x64 to speed things up a bit (win 10 x64). Moved all files and folders from OpenServer\userdata\MySQL-5.7 to OpenServer\userdata\MySQL-5.7-x64.
Is it possible to be sure that all tables and data will be identical, they just work on a different basis?
ps I'm asking because I don't know what is stored in the folders (=bases) mysql, performance_schema and sys. Does it contain data for the engine, etc.
UPD: At the beginning I tried the dump, but pma began to require non-existing tables and other glitches began.

Don't know. I would dump and restore from it.

God, you don't even read what they write to you on the site open-server.ru/docs Installing updates
Open Server is a fairly complex software package with a constantly improving architecture. As such, there is no update procedure. When a new version of Open Server is released, you need to reconfigure all settings, copy your site folders, and migrate your databases. Do not unpack the distribution files over the existing version, and also do not try to copy the configuration and profile files from the old version of the program to the new one! Since new versions of Open Server can sometimes be released quite often, it's not worth updating your build every time, it's better to skip a few versions.
If it is possible to update by simply copying files, then a link to the patch is always published in the news on the site along with an annotation to the new version.
