What articles and what bundles of administrative panels and OS would you recommend for a beginner to install from scratch on a local virtual machine. In order to later test various attacks on it. Next, it will be necessary to somehow protect the server and the site from these attacks.
After reading a few articles, I'm thinking of installing Windows Server 2008 and Parallels Plesk 12 + a WordPress site on it.
