Where to write about the startup development process? HB/GT/MM?

Good evening!
There is a desire to write a series of blogs covering the construction of one startup (aimed mainly at project management). The main format is a development diary, without any technical details, just a story about the process of creating a project.
I haven’t been on Habré for 5 years, a lot has changed - and the question is, on which resource (GT / HH / MM) should I publish this blog, and in which hub? So far it seems that this is HH + I'm PR, but I would like to clarify with the regulars.

Good afternoon. It's clear that GT and MM have a smaller audience than HB, but the format fits more closely into MM.
