Where to write a bug report for Habr?

In theory, there should be a link on the page habrahabr.ru/info/about/ (About the Habrahabr website). It even exists, but points to a non-existent blog habrahabr.ru/blogs/habrahabr_bugs/ (here's another bug for you). There is, however, Habr's mail and phone number, but if you have an account on the site, you don’t feel like writing to the post office or calling :).
The bug is this: the button for new comments is broken (tested in FF5, Chrome12 - Win).
On the article page, when clicking on the floating button with the number of new comments, the page scrolled smoothly to the comment. Now it is just as smooth, but scrolls to the top of the page.
