Where to watch licensed movies in Russian voice acting?

Greetings!
Please tell me, are there any services where you can watch freshly released films with Russian dubbing? It is desirable that you can do this from abroad, without fiddling with the search for a Russian VPN / proxy.
Google Play looks at my IP address and says that only films in local voice acting are available to me.

I don't think anywhere. Everywhere there will be a restriction on the region. Look in other places where there are no such restrictions.

I don't see a problem in adapting this section, as the stripes in % said above, but it is also possible to:
a) rearrange their order on smaller extensions; (the desktop version and the mobile version do not have to match, and therefore, on the mobile extension, the stripes can be removed altogether, for example)
b) reduce the size of the icons themselves to the possible extent;

- in 3 rows
- remove the frames from the icons, leave only the icons, reduce them
- collect them into one and scroll through the slider
- put in a column and replace with words (or words with small icons)
