Where to store logins and passwords?

Imagine, I forgot my login on one of the sites and still can’t restore it ...
Because somehow it’s not provided for there (On the mail for the game, regal, if there is an option to restore without a login, for example, by number - write how).
In general, you need a password manager. Requirements:
Cross-platform (ArchLinux, Win7. Android would be nice, but not necessary)
The ability to synchronize with the cloud at an automatic level (I remember how I lost KeePass files)
