Where to store large data?

There is a project for which in the future it will be necessary to store tens of terabytes of information of various types, such as video, html pages, text files, sound.
The following architecture was chosen: there is a main server, it is responsible for user interaction with the system, logic and synchronization of accounts. In the client part of each client, this info is duplicated to provide offline access to basic features. Accordingly, I don’t want clients to load the main server by watching videos / downloading pages, etc., so I’m thinking of placing it in a separate trash heap, and in general it seems to be more reliable if my server crashes, then clients will remain with a working application .
Who provides such a service, at what prices, from whom is it better to take?
PS
if there are comments why this idea is stupid - I really look forward to them))

File storage: Amazon S3 is more reliable, Clodo Storage is cheaper, etc.
And the cheapest is a few dedicated servers on OVH or Hentzner or Online.Net.
But there you have to configure the storage structure yourself.
