Where to store information in a large bot telegram thread?

I am writing a bot in python using the pyTelegramBotApi library. The
question arose where to store the data of a large conversation branch.
Roughly speaking, you need to save the conversation and have access to all data during the branch, since when a user enters a message in the thread, the message (bot message) is updated with new information.
How is the database I use Sqlite and writing to it is not an option because there are too many requests and it is blocked. The data will be written to the database when the branch is completely finished!

Please help! What to use for data storage?
