Where to start studying the field of AI, neural networks...?

Honestly, I don't really know what it is. I briefly read about weights, models or / and metrics, etc. What language is better to use for this (the most popular / cross-platform - if this concept is characteristic of this "stack")? Market demand? Books/courses/etc resources? Also, is it necessary to know math? I know the concepts / what is and for what limits, derivatives, integrals, but if you give me an example for a solution, then I probably won’t be able to decide.
