Where to start studying information security / networks / hacking / analysis?

Good evening forum users. I perfectly understand how such questions infuriate and they have probably been answered 100 times already, but unfortunately I have nowhere else to ask all these questions, and a little advice and a path vector are very necessary. I found two similar topics on the forum, but they were all more than 4 years old and I think that the information in one way or another, if not changed, then definitely supplemented.
It is extremely difficult to formulate a question without water, just because I don’t quite understand the vector and where to start, so that the focus will decrease in the future. At the moment I’m finishing the university, I’m doing an internship as a junior on the plus side, I’ve been thinking for a long time to try something from this topic, but these were all thoughts, in the end I decided that it was time, but I don’t know where to poke.
It is interesting to try yourself in security, hacking (hacking, if that word is not okay ... about brudforce flogging for asec moluch), protection / hacking of servers, etc., malware analysis. Well, what are the most preferred languages for, God forgive me, hacking /.~. / (I will continue to study the pros, but I look towards python, or js)
I understand that I couldn’t really formulate it and it’s all superficial, but, alas, it’s the same in my head, but I don’t know where to start.
Of the skills, basic knowledge of the pros, at the level of a beginner jun, I read a couple of local university textbooks on computer networks (If anyone knows good literature on network infrastructure, I would also be extremely grateful) and a database (I didn’t read serious literature, also at the level of local methods / local university textbook). Cryptography is also on the line. Well, I know about Kali Linux according to the standard.
In general, I ask you to treat with understanding and without negativity, everyone was like that before. We need your help with resources - literature, YouTube channels, tests, courses, etc., maybe it won't be difficult for someone to describe the literature a little more informatively from simple to complex. Thanks in advance to everyone and I apologize to those who got fed up with these topics and enrage

RoomS is, in my humble opinion, the best way to go is to just start doing something. If you have a desire to study Information Security, then do not think for a long time, buy the first available book on this topic and start reading, find some course online or offline and start taking it. This approach will immediately give you the opposite answer to many questions: is it yours or not, are you interested in it, do you want to devote part of your life to it and earn a living from it. Just start acting when you feel like you are not ready for something, this is an insidious trap of the mind.
