Where to start or where to find information on circuitry?
In general, now I can program microcontrollers, only on ready-made boards, but I want to learn how to design them myself (boards), behind my back are university courses in semiconductor electronics, electricity, digital circuitry. Searching the Internet "Circuit engineering where to start?" and everywhere it gives me information on triggers, registers and other basic elements, but I'm interested in how to use ready-made components, how to combine them on a board, how to draw a board, and so on.

Can learn info with Altium. Sabunin's book A.E. "Altium Designer" in my opinion is freely googled. If you know English, then right on YouTube there are various videos on board layout, up to DDR3 wiring. And by the way, not only on Altium.
However, you must first go through the stages: the development of a schematic diagram, and then the wiring.
Harris and Harris "Digital Circuitry and Computer Architecture"
There about everything and what you need - too. True mips architecture, but in your case it is rather even a plus.
https://6002x.mitx.mit.edu/ take this course, for example, if you are friends with English.
if not, for circuit engineering, read The Art of Circuit Engineering by Horowitz and Hill, and, as suggested above, the Harris course.

Pick a tracing tool for yourself and start practicing with it. I recommend Altium. He has a huge community, a lot of material in Russian.
