Where to start learning web technologies?

I myself am still thinking about :
C # + ASP.NET - powerful, paid, but I doubt the reality of mastering in a short time, so that you can get somewhere.
JS, jQuery, AJAX - without this, it’s nowhere on the web now and it’s not so difficult to master, it seems.
HTML5, CSS3 - deepen knowledge on them, learn adaptive layout.

Fast money and fast writing of your projects:
PHP/Python + MySQL + JS (+AngularJS, Yeoman, Grunt) + Twitter Bootstrap
Long term:
Golang/PHP/Python/Java + PostgreSQL/Redis/RethinkDB + HTML5/CSS3

My subjective opinion is HTML5+JS+CSS3.

C# + Asp.Net MVC is a completely normal solution. Moreover, if you set a normal goal, you can completely learn c#, html. jquery, css(twitter bootstrap), ms sql, linq, and other related technologies like source control, IIS, and some test framework like *unit.
If you consider that I wrote a prototype of home accounting from scratch with almost zero knowledge of the language in full time for 8 hours a day for three months, it is quite normal. Given that I'm 30 and I'm a system administrator and I wrote it for a couple of hours a day in the evening after work, it's quite normal for a beginner.
You can get the basics quite well by going through introductory mvc tutorials for creating an online music disc store in half an hour. That was enough for me.

It seems that few people write in C# for the web. You should learn Python, PHP or Perl.
