Where to start learning Java EE?

I want to learn Java EE technologies for further work on my project.
I have been working with Java SE for several years, I think that I have mastered it well. I wrote mainly for Android, simple server software, recently I write for Hadoop.
I have a project that is written mainly in PHP Yii 1. But it uses a lot of different languages and technologies: Mysql, MongoDB, Memcache, Redis, Cassandra, Hadoop, SphinxSearch, C/C++ modules. The project includes a website and many different data processing services.

In the near future it is necessary to rewrite it from scratch. I really want to take a framework in Java. There was a little experience of writing a guest book on Spring. It seemed to me very strange and incomprehensible.

So the question is: what framework is suitable for work, what can be read, studied. What examples can be found on github.

You can first go through the tutorials on the NetBeans website. They are great and free. Then I would advise Spring or EJB. In the appendage - Hibernate, but then.
