In my opinion, the presence of tests in the resume is a negative indicator. The best addition to the resume is links to StackOverflow and Github accounts.

Do not underestimate the selfishness of employers. Everyone thinks (and in some ways he is right) that on his tests he will accurately determine the acceptability or unacceptability of an employee. And I would not take into account any third-party tests either. After all, anyone could do it.

A colleague who applied for one of the vacancies was thrown a test on something like quizful.net. As I understood from his description, they threw him a link to the test, he passed it and the report went to the employer. He didn't even know the result. I'm not ready to 100% vouch that it is this site, but most likely this one, since just a couple of days before that, for the sake of laughter, we passed an open test on the basics of Java there and shared the results. As he said, the questions were plus or minus the same.
