Where to start learning ASP .net and MVC in particular?

Hello. I want to master ASP .net. Found, judging by the reviews, a good series of articles on Habré on the topic. Launched the project, and, hell, I do not understand absolutely anything. I used to write a little in php and c++. Frankly, I'm very impressed with the monstrosity of the whole thing, in comparison with php. I don’t even know what to teach in order to minimally enter this environment. Tell me please.

metanit.com все по полочкам и доступно. На PHP тоже есть MVC фреймворки, и вам тоже они покажутся монструозными, но при всем при этом в будущем поддерживать проект будет проще.

You should start by learning C#. Then read about MVC in general. Then about ASP.net MVC.
Articles on Habré, as far as I remember, mostly asp.net 3/4. The current version for today is 5/core. You can read it on the official website asp (en) or metanit.com (ru), but still I strongly recommend starting with learning the language itself, its basics. Otherwise it will be difficult.
