Hello. How to understand what information can be used in the game? For example, I saw in the comments a comic plot for a game that several users invented for fun. Can I use it? And someone's "smart" comment to assign to the character? Provided that the project is commercial.
And if my game is absolutely free, and hosted on Patreon, can I just use characters from films, author's music in a brazen way? And the question is not in the spirit of "maybe they won't notice", but at the legal level. That is, what would not undermine?

Characters and music - definitely impossible, they can dig in, especially the Japs, who are turned on copyright. Even if the game is free.
