Where to set up access rights so that you can use the binding to sections?

Hello! There was an access issue when using the section binding property.

  1. There is a group "Managers" with the rights to add goods.
  2. There is an information block with goods.

The rights are configured in such a way that the "managers" group can add products, but do not have access to the infoblock settings. Added the section binding property to products so that one product can be in several sections. When the manager tries to enter/select a section in the section binding property, the alert "Access to the infoblock is denied" is thrown. Who will tell you where to add access rights or how else can you decide?

Multilinking to sections works by default:
As a matter of fact:
This (for me) happened when the link went to another infoblock and the manager did not have access to that infoblock.
In your situation, the infoblock is the same, so the question arises - is it explicitly specified in the settings of the "Link to sections" property in the infoblock settings?
If it is not specified explicitly, a list is built for all infoblocks, and if an inaccessible infoblock falls into this list...

Yes indeed. It's not on the list.
Although it is present in the binding of elements.
Then either use the standard multi-binding, or your custom organize property, or a regular text field with multi-values (but then the manager will not be able to choose).
Your custom property is best.
The topic is unclear at first glance, but if you look at it, there is real power behind it.
And it is implemented relatively quickly. At the very least, you need to create your own type of property, build a list of infoblock sections in it with the possibility of multi-selection (this is if you don’t bother with the “...” button and the interface for selecting a section from the table).

And there is! But I cannot select the same IB in the property, for some reason it is reset.
