Hello everyone, I've come across a problem. I don’t know where to get video jokes for my videos, for example this channel

Is it possible to post from other people's videos on facebook under your content on YouTube?
Is it possible to download and upload videos of jokes on the same topic from various social networks?

"Legal" - this means if there is an agreement with the author of the video. I think this can be done wherever there are such videos.
Or should the question be read like this: "Where can I sleep ... videos, so that I don't have anything?"
