Where to run with upwork?

Recently, upwork lies more than it works. Today here again. As if they hired Indians who used to freelance there for $5/h. Naturally, this affects, among other things, the loyalty of customers to the site, as it seems to me, they are gradually spreading. Isn't it time to run away from there? And if so, where?

I share your indignation. In addition to terrible freezes, constant drops, upwork still manages to take 10% from each order for its services. You cannot unsubscribe to projects without specifying the cost of the work (and how to unsubscribe if nothing is clear in the project yet and you need to enter into a dialogue with the customer).

It has already been discussed a hundred times where there is no particular place to run, but to look at other exchanges they are trying to grow up against the backdrop of upwork problems

Nowhere.
Wait until they fix it. If it's really tight, then temporarily on fl.ru and freelance.com

Try www.guru.com , I haven't worked there yet, but I've heard good things about this exchange.

Normal took an order for 800r per hour on freelansim This
is the second one.
Almost the same as on upWork. Excluding interest and commissions, almost the same.
There is life in ru freelance

Yes, in general, objectively - nowhere. Previously, the only sane alternative was Elance, now UpWork is actually a monopolist. Maybe someday someone will appear, but now there is no one comparable on the horizon.

So far there is nowhere, but soon it will be possible to run to https://golance.com/ when more customers appear there.
