Can someone tell me in which country it is best to register a hardware company, taking into account sales in the US and Western Europe and the presence of investors in the project. Logic suggests that this is the well-known Delaware, but can someone monitor the topic in more detail?
Criteria, like everyone else:
1) Low taxes;
2) Protection of the rights of the investor-founder;
3) Business infrastructure.
