Where to publish a scientific article?

I put forward a hypothesis about a new property of a certain object.
Through logical reasoning, using the already existing laws of physics and observation, I found confirmation of this hypothesis. But it is not possible to give a mathematical proof, at least because this hypothesis undermines a certain well-established model, which, in other matters, is itself still an assumption, but generally accepted.
In fact, I can deduce by logical reasoning that a person is able to perceive 4-dimensional space right now, and a way to display 5-dimensional space.
Will this hypothesis and its logical conclusion be a scientific work?
If so, in which edition should it be published? Of course, authoritative publications are of interest, where you can get feedback from competent specialists.
If possible, write both domestic and foreign publications.

So here, on the Toaster directly and publish. I think students in grades 9-10 will appreciate at least.

Have you tried discussing your "hypothesis" with any of the physicists or mathematicians? You have come up with something for yourself and are going to publish it. No scientific work is submitted for publication without discussion with competent people. Even if it's a mono-article.

A brilliant scientist, undermining the established foundations, yeah. Publish it in a newspaper about UFOs, they will appreciate it.
