Since pi is infinite, can we say that its value is constantly changing?
Pi it is irrational and transcendental.
His performance means it has no end and the numbers go on and on.
Actually, is it possible to apply the analogy with quantum uncertainty here and say that the values \u200b\u200bof the decimal representation of pi that have not yet been discovered (I don’t know how many decimal places are open there) are constantly changing their value, which means that the value of Pi is constantly changing.

What are you smoking there? Pi is a NUMBER equal to the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter.
This is the same as saying that the root of two is also constantly changing.
I am afraid it is not. If we draw an analogy with quantum mechanics, then the uncalculated signs of pi correspond, rather, to "hidden variables" that we do not see, but they exist. And they will appear when we measure them. Right now we don't know what the digit of pi with the number, say, 10^15, is equal to, but when we count it, it will have a well-defined value. And the same value (if you count in decimal, of course) will be received by anyone in any civilization in any universe, if they have mathematics that is compatible with ours. The dimension and curvature of the Universe do not matter.
Therefore, we can say that the value of each figure objectively exists and is determined. We just don't know it yet.
