Where to define the custom user model

MyUser(AbstractUser):
    pass

Create a separate application for the userssake of one model? Or are there any smarter approaches? At the moment, there are no additional features for the user, I just want to do it as recommended in the documentation. But how to do it according to Feng Shui?
