Where to place the list of used libraries and frameworks?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me how best to save all the names of libraries and frameworks and their versions that are used to develop the site? Is it possible that you can allocate a separate page for this case and indicate there? But what to call it? It just happens that when returning to a project, it takes a very long time to fish out the tools used through the pages.
