Where to open an account abroad?

The organization plans to open a branch abroad in Europe for the convenience of servicing European clients (individuals).
It seems that everything is clear and not difficult, but here is the problem we faced. All payments are received in 2 ways:

  1. payment systems WebMoney, Yandex Money, PayPal, etc.
  2. direct payments to the account from individuals.

If in the first case it is possible to conclude an agreement with payment systems and then transfer funds from them to the bank, then everything seems to be clear here, but in the second how?
As soon as we start communicating with banks and saying that funds will come from people directly, banks immediately refuse to open an account.

Maybe someone has already encountered such a problem? Funds will come from individuals from all over Europe and the CIS, possibly even Russia.

PS We are ready to consider banks in offshore zones, the main thing is that the conditions are appropriate.

Why not just go to Ireland and open a branch there?

We can share our experience in collecting small payments from customers in Europe and the CIS. We thought, puzzled over how to collect small payments more efficiently, and found this company www.cleverbridge.com/corporate/solutions/pricing . It was more difficult with the choice of where to drain money after this company. We called several offices that deal with offshore companies, they say now it is difficult to open a bank account with Russian passports. In one office , koffshore.com/bankaccounts/ , there were normal consultants who registered both the company and the account without leaving, which saved money. Now we quietly receive funds from cloverbridge once a month. And another foreign office officially holds a license for our software product.

Maybe I didn’t quite understand the question, but if you open a company in Europe and open a bank account for it, then what difference does it make to this bank from whom the funds will come? What a strange bank, by golly. I think you contacted the wrong bank.
Well, if there really is some kind of problem with this, then you can use www.sofort.com/eng-INT/ Works throughout Europe. I don’t know how popular it is in all countries, but in Germany it is installed in almost every online store. He receives money from individuals, accumulates it at his place and then withdraws it to your bank account.

To receive payments from the Russian Federation and the CIS to China, we opened an account in Hong Kong HSBC, but for a year now for Russians in 90% of cases they do not open accounts in Hong Kong banks (sanctions) I had to buy a ready-made 3-year company with an account for a lot of money, and after we are transferring it to China itself. Here is the detailed description of who opened asiainspector.ru/blog/category/registraciya-kompaniy
