Where to look for small part-time jobs for a full-time programmer?

Good afternoon, dear users of toster.ru
The situation is as follows: I am employed as a programmer / server administrator in a large company for a full time. With the possibility of duty at night.
The salary for our city is tolerable, it turns out to be a net 50 tr + social bonuses in the form of cheap rest and travel.
Work specifics: industrial databases, complex SQL queries, Java EE, JSF.
Databases: IBM DB2 for LUW, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL
Version control: Mercurial, SVN.
I can also write in Javascript, PHP, ASP.NET.
Among the shortcomings, I can note my inability to write user interfaces (in terms of design).
I would like to find small part-time jobs for 5-6 hours a week.
Mainly to develop the skills of working in large development teams.
What can you advise?
Is it possible to find small-time part-time jobs on oDesk and other specialized resources?

@Iktash

Have you thought about open source?

5-6 per week
i.e. actually 40 minutes a day? or 1 hour on a five-day week? Even if they send you technical specifications for finalizing the site, will you do for a week what they do in half a day? Well I do not know. You can look for programming courses in your city and ask for a teacher there. 2-3 hours a week, you can take more. It’s just that 1 hour a day is even technical specifications you can’t clarify in the normal way.
Call at 4:00 in the morning: "Your commit has crashed, fix it! In 4 hours we are compiling a build for sending." Do you imagine it this way or what? In large distributed teams, almost so.

@dmko

There are open source projects in which developers write what needs to be created / tested / fixed, choose a project for yourself and participate in it, other developers will be able to comment on your work and develop skills in working in "big teams"

From my own experience ... well, if only there is really enough strength, and not just a lot of Wishlist .
Appreciate your time.
