Where to look for jobs in robotics (tl;dr)?

Hello! I am writing for the first time, so do not kick if something is wrong)
The essence of the issue, I think, is clear, however I want to expand the topic a little.
What is available: education in robotics 6 years, graduated this year.
2 years of experience in embedded systems
1 year of experience in c# in a robotics startup (architecture, logic and a little point cloud work)
one pet SLAM project
Now is the time to change jobs. However, the situation on the market, to put it mildly, is deplorable (based on data from hh and indeed): campaigns, as such, are very few and require significant experience in rather specific knowledge (management theory, etc.). Related fields (hardware development like Artec3d) have a similar trend. After such a long introduction, I want to ask a number of questions
1) Is it possible to get a job where you need to be able to process signals (I only have experience with rgb-d sensors) and which is preferably related to robots?
2) If you have work experience and pet projects, but no industrial experience in c++ development and, in comparison with experienced seniors from Yandex drones, industrial experience in localization and comp. vision, does it make sense to apply for top-level vacancies?
3) If there is a company of interest, but there is no vacancy in it, does it make sense to write there, or is it bad manners?
4) And one of the most important: if everything is fine, is it possible to count on a salary not at the level of a junior sysadmin, who even the computer does not know how to turn on (no offense to sysadmins - the example is exaggerated). Maybe, well, go to the backend and get your 150-200k?
It turned out a lot, but the topic is quite important for me. I will be glad to competent people in the answers)
