Where to look for developers for Android and Symbian?

I need them, and those who will be more interested in working on the project and supporting it, rather than ruthlessly monetize it.

Goal: Development of a multi-protocol instant messaging client for touch screen phones.

Conditions: the concept is there, the principles are there, the layout of the interface is mostly there.

Requirements: non-Java (in the case of Symbian).

Where to look for those interested in this?

As an option, publish this information in the "Work" section on Habré, or, for example, on headhunter.ru

Personally, I had a chance to cooperate with Promwad Mobile. There, programmers work, among other things, on open source projects, collaborate with startups. So you can try to make a request - www.promwadmobile.com/contact-us.html
