Where to look for character designs?

Write websites that you use when searching for a character design, with full-face and profile sketches, etc.
Based on which a 3D model is built.
I'm especially interested in anime characters, so it would be nice to find an Asian site ^ ^
Don't write about Google, pinterest, deviantart) Although maybe I didn't set the search query correctly (. .)
But somehow not enough and not all with the right views.
Searched for character design, model sheet, blueprint, 3D character reference sheet and similar

Finding a suitable reference for a 3D model is not so easy (if we mean turning the characters in profile and full face, which, I think, is what we are talking about). Based on my observations of 3d modelers, the best chance would be to order (for money yes) a reference from an artist who is familiar with creating references for 3d modeling.
The bottom line is that in 2d you can "cheat". Sometimes it’s quite brazen, because you can draw a profile a little differently than it should be in full face, “cutting off” difficult corners or changing the shape of the head to make it look better. Which is unacceptable in 3d. Therefore, the usual 2d ref will be of little use.
An alternative could be to work simply from drawings or even from sketches from artbooks, but this requires a lot of experience in order to correctly "trimm" a character according to a 2D image, which is easiest to get by taking 5-6 years like sculpture lessons (I'm not saying that the only method, but perhaps the most "classic").

well, if you realize that the base of "drawings" on blueprints, and the hypothetical "base of characters" are somewhat completely different things, then you can simultaneously realize that there will never be a "base of characters".
because "toyota crown / la 2007" - "never changes", and "the author's vision of the Naruto character in the spin-off of the sequel to the prequel about the childhood of the grandmother of the friend's brother of the grandson of the third son of Naruto" - can be anything, multiplied by the number of artists who wished draw this character. at the same time, sometimes the number of these artists is equal to zero: there is a character, but there are no pictures for him.
and for an existing model of a car / plane / wheelchair - there are always drawings, and they always correspond to the original.
