Where to learn JavaScript in St. Petersburg?

I've been doing web development for a long time. At the moment, I decided to intensively study the direction of the frontend. There are quite significant holes in the knowledge of JS. Basically, all current tasks are solved through working with a house tree on jQuery, however, there is a clear lack of knowledge in native JS knowledge.
Where in St. Petersburg can I take decent courses (preferably full-time) in JavaScript? Accordingly, basic programming knowledge is not required, knowledge of native JS is required.
PS Please do not offer books, I want to communicate with a knowledgeable person.
