Where to keep puzzles/ideas so that they are synchronized on iPhone/iPad/Mac?

The task is simple - I want to keep a regular table of ideas / tasks, where I could:
1) break them down as you like by types, contexts, responsible, priorities, ... and then at the right time find the ones you need at the moment with a filter
2) add ideas and tasks to this a plate promptly from any of the devices,
3) it is desirable that it can work offline too.
Searched - didn't really find anything.
There is specialized software for managing tasks, but it is not clear how to implement filters by categories, they impose their own management logic.
There are Google docs and Numbers, but the filters there only work on the desktop version.
In fact, I want to find a client for maintaining a personal database for the above devices.
Friends, do you have any ideas about this? Can you recommend a solution?

For tasks I use Due . Much more like stock Reminders. Very quickly and conveniently, you can change the execution time, move it by an hour, a day, or another date. Syncs via iCloud or Dropbox. The downside is that there are no categories.

I hesitated for a long time, but I still bought OmniFocus. Look at the Makovsky demo, if it suits, then you can take it for iPad / iPhone.
