Where to install OpenServer modules?

I want to install Heroku on the openserver console, but I don’t know which folder to install it in, I tried it in modules, but it was installed in client/node_modules I
go to the console and it says it’s not an external or internal command or a batch file (like that)
SO where to install Heroku On Openserver and in general, in general, all modules?
