Where to go after the death of Outpost Firewall?

Friends, I think many have used this wonderful product that is living out its last days. The life of my lifetime license turned out to be obscenely short and expires in 6 days ...
In this regard, I had a few questions:

  1. In which direction to look in terms of an alternative to outpost? (The firewall is of interest, and not a comprehensive solution in conjunction with an antivirus).
  2. Is it possible, and if so, how can I save the full image of Outpost, with all the latest signature updates, etc., so that if I reinstall Windows, I can reanimate it in the form of the most current version at the time of death?

1. Download the Outpost distribution for yourself:
dl2.agnitum.com/d/OutpostProInstall.exe
(32-bit)
dl2.agnitum.com/d/OutpostProInstall_x64.exe
(64-bit)
2. Use your own lifetime key or look for a crack.
It doesn’t need online updates, it’s still not an antivirus.
There is an awesome interface for the built-in Windows firewall:
sphinx-soft.com/Vista/index.html
And an unverified free analogue:
www.binisoft.org/wfc.php
