Where to get utility tariffs via api?

Maybe someone has already dealt with this issue? Are there resources with api through which it would be possible to receive up-to-date housing and communal services tariffs throughout the country?

Tariffs are different for neighboring administrative units. By whom they are installed is unknown. If different offices, then there is no one source. Rather, they are different.

There is no such thing and it is unrealistic. Even if you take some 1 small city, then in different parts of it there will be different tariffs, which already says if in 1 UK in 2 neighboring houses the tariff may differ. Further, there is a difference in tariffs even for rural and suburban areas, for houses in which, for example, there is gas only up to certain floors and then only electricity, and accordingly there is a difference in tariffs even between floors.
In general, as noted above, this is an unrealistic task.
