How to get indicator data for a trading bot?

We are writing a service in JS with a screener / watcher that monitors volumes and, as a bonus, a bot with automatic trading in the forex and cryptocurrency markets. I am a trader myself, I ask a question for my programmer.
Forex it is necessary to combine several factors, one of them is taken from the OANDA API, and the second is the data of indicators, such as, for example, RSI/MACD/EMA/SMA and their combinations. Where can you get their data? Is it possible to take data from MT4/MT5 terminals? Does PineEditor in Tradingview allow plot position data to be sent to the outside?
