Where to get quality traffic?

Good evening!
1) What traffic sources do you know? I tried:
- Contextual advertising from Yandex and Google
- Vkontakte advertising
2) How does the ad text affect the quality of traffic?
For the keyword "buy a laundry organizer" you can write something like:
"Buy a laundry organizer. Delivery throughout Ukraine."
- or -
"Many sizes. Different colors. Closed and open type. Delivery in Ukraine."
Where will the CTR be higher? Which ad has the highest conversion rate? (Maybe someone from personal experience was convinced that high-quality ad text helps to sell better?)
Is it better to write bold ads for the keyword (so that more text is in bold), or briefly describe the characteristics of the product?
3) How to choose a high-quality solvent audience in VK? Or is it impossible to attract high-quality traffic there?
4. Are there specialists who set up and maintain advertising for a percentage of sales?
If it's not difficult, at the end of the answers, attach a link to an article on my question.

Everything always rests on what business the content is attracted to. The chip is in the product itself and in its target audience. That is why, before you start doing something, you need to study the target audience
- Traffic from search engines
- Facebook (public page + advertising)
- Guest blogging on thematic sites
- Recommendation posts in thematic communities

I completely agree with Dmitry!
Let me add something, it is reasonable to test traffic sources yourself.
For example, for one business, advertising on Vkontakte is a net loss, and on Facebook - a stable flow of customers, for another - exactly the opposite. The difference may also be related to geography. One and the same advertisement (completely identically tuned) works in a Russian city, but no longer in a Finnish one...
Regarding the fourth point.
They themselves searched for a long time, but the only one they found was Groupon (the one that is real). Yes, they take a serious percentage, and moreover, not all products can be successfully sold through them. But they act exactly according to the option that you are looking for - first clients - then payment.
