Where to get or how to write gulpfile.js?

Hello, recently I became interested in task managers and try to use them somehow.
But in the end, somehow it didn't work out. I've always had trouble writing stuff like this.
Please tell me where to get it, or how to write it, or post gulpfile.js with jade, stylus compilation (via watch, no minification) and livereload.
I apologize for such lamerism, but help mediocrity>.
