I would like to get general knowledge, so that later I can transfer the project management to another person, and myself, as they say, be an "ideological inspirer" and just check what course everything is moving. Is it possible?

You are confusing owner and manager.
The owner, he is the owner, he is also the founder (of the company) - this is a sponsor, an investor. His main contribution is money. He assumes all the risks, that is, he can easily lose all the money invested if the project fails, but if successful, he will receive all the profits.
Manager - works with people. This is an ordinary worker, and he does not have any special privileges. He also receives a salary, like all other employees. The only thing is that it is believed that he has more responsibility, so he may have a higher salary, but the requirements for fulfilling his duties are stricter.
You can be 2 in 1, but this will cause a small internal conflict. If you try to combine, you will understand what I mean. So it's better not to do that. In general, I advise you to decide in advance: either you are a bag of money, or you lead a team.
