Where to get and how to add project templates from WebStorm?

I have phpstorm, however I also need to create projects whose templates are present in webstorm. Where can I get them and how can I add them to phpstorm?

In general, these projects are a rather limited thing, and I did not find a way to add my own at the time (but I was looking for). Take a better look at yeoman , not only one and a half folders with test files are created there, but a full-fledged structure.
