Where to get a remote first higher education in Moscow?

Hello!
Are there people in the community who have had experience with distance learning in Moscow? Help me choose and not make a mistake with the university? I myself have experience in web programming for 5 years (self-taught), I developed online stores from scratch on a turnkey basis. Interested in not a narrowly focused specialty in the IT field: as system administration, project management, computer science and business. With a budget of up to 40,000 rubles / year. Budget places are welcome.
Thanks in advance for your replies!

Now distance learning is available in most universities, both public and commercial.
I myself am currently studying remotely at MIT, but, to be honest, I am doing this solely for the sake of getting a crust. My task is to get a diploma and spend fewer resources (money, time) on it. It costs me 29 tr / year.
You, as I understand it, are interested in something fundamental? I would probably choose some state university if I were you. The closer it is to the TOP-5, the better, I think.
