Distance education in the direction of "Applied Informatics". What to choose?

I plan to receive a second higher education in the direction of "Applied Informatics" remotely. I will act in a year, during which time I will prepare for the entrance exams.
After the search, two options remained:
- Distance Learning Center MIREA
- Rosdistant on the basis of Tolyatinsky State University
What do you think is the best option, where you can expect to get a better education in a distance format?

I'll add one more option if it didn't get into your field of vision: fdo.tusur.ru. 080801 "Applied Informatics in Economics" is there.

No. You will simply lose your time. As I understand it, you already have crusts. Why do you need another one?
Programmers do not need them, you need to be able to program. At the university, they won’t even teach you this at a point, especially at a distance learning. If you want to gain knowledge, take the docks for beginners and go ahead. In this profession, only self-education decides.
