Is it possible to use non-standard Python libraries for the USE 2021?

Hello, this year the exam has changed dramatically, and instead of the usual paper format, it will be held digitally. The regulations on the use of any libraries say nothing - neither a ban nor a permission, so a logical question arose: is it possible to use non-standard Python libraries at the USE 2021?

I am a technical specialist at the Unified State Examination, I just install, configure software for exams. Programming languages and development environments in all regions were discussed in the spring, and tested on approbation in May. You can find out the complete list of software that should be installed at the KEGE stations at the regional information processing center (RTsOI) of your region. But in the general case, non-standard libraries are not installed, so you cannot use them. No one will allow you to install your software, much less use your flash drive.

No.
Only those programs that are on the list of required software for the exam can be used on the exam in computer science. That is, the python programming language itself with a standard library and a development environment.
It is clear that you can use other programs, such as a calculator that is built into Windows. But no one is obliged to install them on your computer. But the python itself must be installed.
The only way out of this situation is to come to the school where you will have an exam and install the software you need on all computers. But this is not a fact that they will be allowed to do it.

1. Most likely not, but it's better to check with the exam organizers
2. Why do you need third-party libraries there? It seems that all tasks are normally solved even without the standard

I didn't write the USE, I wrote Olympiads. There you could use libraries, but only on your computer (depending on the organizer). BUT there was almost no point in this, since everything was checked on servers that gave an error when trying to install something, which means only standard libraries

I can hardly imagine what third-party non-standard libraries you may need in principle, and. to. tasks then there on the simplest algorithms, such as "there is an array of random numbers, find all the same elements" and stuff like that.
