Where to get a distance second higher education in the business industry?

Hello!
In the next month I am finishing my basic higher education, a master's degree (physics). It is interesting to receive a second higher business education remotely. Ideally, distance education at a foreign university, so that English can also be taken to a new level.
I dug up the Internet, there is a lot of information, from individual courses to 6 years of study. The question is - what to choose and how not to make a mistake with the university?
Are there people in the community who have had experience with this type of training? And does it make sense?
PS I will answer a possible question: first of all, I want to get a business education in order to launch my own project. And if it doesn’t take off, I want to be able to take a good managerial position in an IT company, skipping the stage of an ordinary employee.
